Refund policy

At Paradiz, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions governing order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Cancellation, Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request to cancel an order, return, or exchange eligible product(s) within four (4) calendar days from the date of receiving the invoice or order confirmation email, subject to the conditions below.

Requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  1. The product(s) have been used, opened, or partially consumed.
  2. The product(s) have been customized or specially prepared according to customer specifications.
  3. The original packaging has been removed, or the product(s) have been altered, damaged, tampered with, or modified in any way.

All returned or exchanged items must be:

  1. Unused and unopened
  2. In their original packaging
  3. In the same condition as received

Paradiz reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any return, exchange, or refund.

2. Processing Fees

Except in cases where the product(s) received are defective, damaged upon delivery, or not as described, a processing fee of USD 3 will be applied to each approved return, refund, or exchange request.

3. Non-Compliant Returns

Any return, cancellation, or exchange request that does not comply with this policy will not be processed.

Items returned in a damaged, altered, or non-eligible condition may be:

  1. Rejected
  2. Disposed of
  3. Returned to the customer at their own expense 

Paradiz bears no responsibility for non-compliant returned items.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through one of the following methods, at Paradiz’s discretion:

  1. A Paradiz gift card
  2. The original payment method, where technically and legally possible

Refunds are processed only after the returned item(s) have passed inspection.
